November 2015: Subito stakes a claim on the Cultural Trail as they establish themselves as one of the newest restaurants in downtown Indianapolis.

January 2025: Guy Fieri rolled up in his Camaro and put Subito on the map in Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives! Our scratch-made soups and bold flavors wowed the Mayor of Flavortown himself, showcasing Indy’s food scene with every delicious, flavorful spoonful.
