Our best seller, the Revelo, has pork shoulder marinated in mojo sauce for 24 hours, then roasted and sliced with caramelized onion, picked jalapeno, fresh cilantro, roasted garlic mayo and Swiss cheese on our grilled sourdough.
The Dip has beef brisket brined for 72 hours and then slowly roasted for 15 hours. Thinly sliced with mayonnaise and served with a side of house au jus on our grilled ciabatta bread.
The Cuban has roasted pork shoulder w/ham, Swiss cheese, yellow mustard, & house pickles on our pressed soft bun.

We start baking bread at 5AM everyday so that you can eat the freshest that Indy has to offer. Used on many of our sandwiches, our sourdough rolls, called Garda rolls, have become a crowd favorite.
Scratch-Made Condiments
From the jalapeño peppers to the pickles to the pesto to other sauces, we pride ourselves on making many of our condiments in-house to give you the freshest and most unique experience.
