All from Scratch
You'd be hard pressed to find a spot that makes most everything in-house - from cookies to salad dressing, from the bread to the soups, we make it from scratch. Baked goods are our speciality.
What's Cookin'
Soups
Our rotating menu of over ninety soups changes monthly. We always serve our hearty vegan Vegetable Soup and offer a wide variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, pescatarian, and vegetarian soups.
Sandwiches
With over a dozen sandwiches on seasonal rotation, we serve each one on fresh-made bread (seriously - we start baking at 5AM everyday) and feature local farmers and produce vendors. We even make the pickles!
Salads
Made fresh to order, our salads are available in half and full portions. Featuring local produce purveyors and nothing but the freshest of ingredients every day, our salads are made to satisfy.

Subito (pronounced SUE-bee-toe) is the Italian word for "immediately" or "right away."
We serve the downtown Indianapolis lunch crowd during the week and we know how precious your time is. We strive to provide an outstanding customer experience while also ensuring that you are served efficiently.
Why this particular word? "Subito" is an homage to Chef Chuck's time in Rome, Italy and a nod to the style of service at his restaurants.
