Ham w/Swiss cheese served w/Honey Dijon Mayonnaise on house baked grilled ciabatta

Pork shoulder marinated in Mojo sauce for 24 hours, then roasted and sliced w/pickled jalapeno, fresh cilantro, roasted garlic mayonnaise, & Swiss cheese on our grilled sourdough.

Beef brisket brined for 72 hours and then slowly roasted for 15 hours. Thinly sliced and piled on our house baked grilled ciabatta w/a smear of mayo and side of au jus.
